Earlier in the year we sent out a survey to you (our customers) and it was highlighted that the CWT Commodities warehouse that we use needed to improve. We took this on board and the warehouse team is now making substantial changes.
From investing in a new strapping machine, to bringing in new staff, CWT have been streamlining processes and making improvements in every area. We hope you have noticed some change to your service.
Simon Wakefield says “We are pleased with the progress CWT are making with processes at the warehouse and expect that the service will continue to improve”
They have also extended their working hours and launched a more flexible service; if a release is sent by 12 noon it can be collected the next day.
Jason Cross, Director at CWT says “At CWT we are constantly striving to ensure that we offer the best possible service for our clients. During 2018 we have made significant improvements to our operations and equipment in order to reach the required levels.”
