Description
Cherries are grown by outpickers and brought to the Clarke farm for processing after an initial floatation to remove underripes.
Cherries are lightly pulped and dried on raised beds under the sun.
There is no category for honey-processed coffees yet with the Ugandan Coffee Development Authority, so they fall under the washed category, Wugar.
