Description

This project coffee has made it in to a decaf version too!

Red cherries are picked and floated to remove any floaters and generally clean the pickings. Once cleaned, it will be fermented in wooden tanks for 18 to 36 hours, with the weather and temperature defining exactly how long it needs.

It will have one final wash after processing, before being spread out to dry for between 10 to 21 days, again weather dependent.
