Grape, tangerine, elderflower.
Carefully handpicked on the farm, cherries are taken to the wet mill, washed, depulped and fermented.
The wet parchment coffee is then transported to the Las Nubes Dry Mill where drying occurs on shaded raised beds for a period of 10 days.
Once dry, it rests in bags before milling and preparing for export.
