Choc, strawberry, apple, maple syrup.
One of the original microlots introduced to the farm Pacamara is a cross between Pacas and Maragogype, predominantly grown in El Salvador after a selection process by Salvadoran Institute of Coffee Research (ISIC).
Coffee is picked and floated before going through a demucilager to reduce water use. Cherries are then dried on raised beds and patio dictated by space available a the time.
