Nectarine, raisin, berries, maple syrup.

Cherries are brought to the centralised wet and dry mills, where there is ready availability of raised beds and staff to clean and sort the cherry.

First floaters are removed before beans are handpicked and then moved to raised beds for drying.

Drying cherries are raked hourly throughout the day, and dry under the sun. At night they are covered to protect from moisture.
