Description

Grown by smallholders around the scenic hill town Pyin Oo Lwin, just outside of Mandalay.

Each owning between 1 and 10 hectares, the 20 farmers who contribute to this lot intercrop with dragon fruit, citrus and avocado, to provide an income year round. 

Once harvested, the farmers bring their cherry directly to the Mandalay Coffee Group factory, where it is wet processed, dried and exported from.
