Description

Green Land operate Brazilian natural processing equipment from Pinhalense, often seen as first choice for producing natural coffees.

This includes a washer-separator, Eco-super pulper, rotary screener and de-mucilager.

Selectively harvested fully ripe cherries are sent first to the wet mill to remove floaters.

Fermentation takes place for 20-25 hours in tiled tanks.

After washing, Cherry is sun dried on raised beds turning hourly in the day and covering at night to prevent dew from reintroducing moisture.

Throughout all processing, daily lots are segregated.
