Blackberry, apricot, citrus, peach, brown sugar.
This coffee is predominantly made of fully washed cherries.
Picked ripe, pulped, fermented in tanks and soaked in tanks for 24 hours.
A small portion of the beans skip the fermentation stage adding a little complexity to the profile.
Parchment coffee is then fully sun-dried on raised beds.
Grading, cleaning and cupping is done at the Kipkelion Coffee Mill.
