Every once in a while Honduras surprises us – coming straight out of the main crop the latest SHG arrival is one of those pleasant surprises. cupping close to 84pts, this coffee is one not to be missed.

During harvest when the coffee is at its optimum ripeness, the product is collected manually before being sent to centralised washing stations for pulping, washing and drying.
