Description
APROCOMSA are the Fairtrade certified arm of COMSA.
Cherries are picked ripe from the tree and floated in tanks.
This can last for up to 48 hours, allowing for a greater final selection of cherry.
Placed on raised beds, cherries are slowly dried in solar tunnels.
