Description
Cherries are picked on the farm then trucked to the beneficio on the outskirts of Antigua town.
Here Los Volcanes wash the cherries, then sort and process.
Beans are dried on patios and through a series of Guardiolas that recirculate the heat to reduce their carbon emissions.
