Cupping notes
Description
Coffee is shade grown on 2.5 hectare plots of land by members of Layo Teraga.
They collect only fully ripe cherries and deliver them for immediate payment and processing at the village wet mill in Solemo.
Here they are sun dried on raised beds.
Dried cherries are then transported to the dry mill facilities in Haro Wachu, 5 minutes down the road.
