Black tea, blueberry, papaya, rum, cherry, floral, cocoa.

Description

Cherry is delivered to a couple of stations owned by Homa, but the process is the same at each.

Cherry is received, sorted, and cleaned.

Coffee is then spread carefully over raised drying beds in a dedicated area

Depending on the weather, cherry is sundried for 12-18 days.
