High in the Brunca region, only trees with between 3 and 5 years of active production are used for this co-operative selection.

Cherry is marked and transported separately to the wet mill, anaerobically fermented and then mechanically dried.

This coffee was a Fairtrade Golden Cup winner for 2022.
