Brought from nearby Santa Maria to the microbeneficio at Chumeca.
La Fila is one of the small farms owned by La Chumeca, and grows only Red Catuai. It is 1.5 hectares.
For this lot, Cherries are picked at 22 degrees Brix and dried under the sun on raised beds.
