Description

Using the cherry from the Capulinero and 777 processes, this is cascara like you have never seen it before!

Chumeca worked with a Costa Rican university in order to fully understand the processes at play and therefore design the methodology needed.

Cherries are pulped and the the skins sent to a separate neighbouring mill to be carefully dried.

Cherries com from three of the Chumeca farms, Chumeca, La Fila and Montanita.
