Redcurrant, watermelon, apple, peach, nougat.

Description

Ripe cherries are picked from the Centroamericano, now entering it’s 4th year on the farm.

The cherries are allowed to ferment in barrels for 34 hours with no water, before being pulped.

With 75% of the flesh left on, beans are then dried under the sun on patios before being finished in guardiolas.
