Colombia Misty Valley

Cupping notes

Cranberry, peach, elderflower, coconut.

Description

The infamous Potosi farm and their neighbours provide the cherries for this classic washed version of Sweet valley.

Cherry is harvested and brought to Potosi for processing.

The valley itself splits the two farms Potosi and Las Margaritas, and often fills with low lying clouds.
