Whisky, blood orange, cinnamon, sour cherry, red wine, blackcurrant.

Description

Cherries are picked when fully ripe and hand sorted to remove any underripes, over ripes or tree dried cherries.

The selection is then placed in barrels and fermented for 80 hours before being dried on raised beds or small patios depending on the space available and weather.
