This coffee forms part of the ‘Fellows’ offerings from Inmaculada Coffee Farms. It is from producers Sr Ardila and Sr Gallardo Paz.

2100kg in total, this lot spent 22 days on the drying beds.

Processed as a classic natural, beans are received and weighed, floated and sorted electronically to separate only the cherries at the precise stage of ripeness required.

The electronic sorting gets a visual inspection to confirm before the cherries are then moved to the raised beds.
