Strawberry, lime, caramel and Brazil nuts. Black tea, syrupy body.
Coffee is picked and commonly goes through a whole cherry fermentation on the farm before being wet processed and dried at the farm.
Cherry is taken to the ASPROLE facility in the reservation before being transported to the CENCOIC dry mill in nearby Popoyan.
