Green Apple, Apricot, Pear, Orange.
As a regional coffee, cherries are picked and wet processed using either traditional methods or increasingly common Eco-mills which use less water.
Mostly mechanically dried on the individual farms coffee is then brought to the Racafe owned collection centre for QC, grading and blending to maintain consistency of profile.
