Pineapple, blueberry, rum, sour cherry.
In an area with a reputation for excellence, Kiremaa has grown many coffees placing in Cup of Excellence. In 2019, eight of the top 10 were from Kayanza, the region Kiremaa is found in.
Agahore collect coffee and process at their washing station.
Cherry is picked ripe and twice sorted by hand either side of a flotation. Cherries are then laid out in pyramids on raised beds under partial shade. Regular turning ensures even drying.
During teh mid day sun, shade netting is used to protect the beans and ensure the lot dries evenly.
