Gaterama is the name of the wet mill that processes the coffee from around 720 farmers in to this cooperative lot.

Cherry is handpicked, floated and handpicked again before being moved to the drying tables.

When exposed to midday strong sunshine the coffee is covered with shade netting to maintain even drying.
