Fazenda Santa Rosa is located in the area of Soledade de Minas. The tropical climate added to the fertile and well drained soils and the modern processing facilities make the Santa Rosa Estate a model for the production of specialty coffees. Acquired in 1986 by the present owners, it was an uncultivated area at the time. Today the property has 90 hectares of plantations implanted. Acaiá, Catuaí and Icatú Amarelo are the varieties of coffee grown today.
