Cocoa, citrus, cedar nuts and caramelized sugar
The Pertu coffee is 100% Pulped. This process is mechanically made – meaning they can remove the mucilage around the beans without fermenting them on water. This is done under pressurised jets of water with different pressures able to remove different stages of ripeness and so deliver very precise results.
Once pulped beans are dried both on patios and in the drum drier.
