Description

The coffee in this specific microlot was grown on the Talhão Catuai do Mato plot, at 1010 masl on the farm. Naturally fermented over an extended 30 day period with intermittent resting and drying periods, it is then rested for 25 days inside wooden tulhas before drymilling, bagging and shipping.
