Description

Agahore Coffee is a washing station and a farm, and this lot is one of their community lots.

Lot A0001 has contributors from Bukhorka, Kiremaa, and Gaterama.

Cherries are picked and brought straight to the washing station. Cherries undergo a 10 hour dry fermentation followed by a 12 hour wet fermentation in filtered water before being washed and then soaked for another 10 hours.

Parchment coffee is then dried on raised beds in a pyramid shape for a round 2-3 weeks, with two days shaded and the coffee covered during mid day sun for the rest.
